Check-In and Check-Out Policy:
- Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM IST and check-out time is 11:00 AM IST.
- Early check-in and late check-out options are available based on availability.
Individual Reservation Policy:
- Cancellation made at least 3 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges, except for one-night retention charges.
- All standard hotel and hospitality industry policies apply if not specified in the Reservation Confirmation document.
Payment Terms:
- A pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card upon arrival for the total stay.
- Early check-in and late check-out fees apply as per hotel policy.
- Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in (Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID card, or Indian/International passport; PAN cards are not accepted).
- Payment can be made via credit card, payment gateway link, bank deposit, or demand draft before the due date.
Reservation acceptance is subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions.
- The terms and conditions outlined on the hotel website constitute the binding agreement.
- The hotel may cancel reservations with falsified or incomplete information.
- Guests permit the hotel to gather public information for service provision.
- The hotel may change terms and conditions without notice.
- Guests indemnify the hotel against liability arising from their stay.
- The hotel is not liable for losses due to reservation cancellations.
- The hotel is not liable for failures to comply with conditions beyond its control.
- Waiver of rights on one occasion does not imply waiver in the future.
